A3's Home is a holiday-residence consisting of two apartments on ground level, modern equipped and with a private parking-lot. Apartment South is appropriate for maximum six individuals and Apartment North is appropriate for maximum four individuals.

Location

A3's Home is located in the center of the village Zingem, at just 200 metres (650 ft) from the station and is easily accessible through E17 and N60, then through N435 at Kruishoutemsesteenweg 37 9750 Zingem Belgium.

Apartment South

Apartment South has a capacity of six individuals and has a surface area of 120 m² (1292 ft²). licensed holiday house

Booking conditions

  • 50% of the extended price needs to be paid in advance after booking.
  • The other 50% needs to be paid two weeks before arrival.
  • In case of cancellation, the advance can't be redistributed.
  • A deposit of € 200 needs to be paid at arrival.
  • The deposit will be repaid in 10 days after final inspection of the residence.
  • Pets aren't allowed.
  • In the residences, smoking is prohibited.
